I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with teens, adults, and couples. My goal is for therapy to become a safe space in which we can explore the most vulnerable parts of self to reach a point of true healing. You will find that I approach each client with genuine compassion and curiosity. I want to work together to create an effective path to reach your goals whether it is healing relational conflict, past trauma, addressing depression/anxiety, or enhancing your emotional understanding.
